Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)

It is a 4 year full time programme which is offered by the Manipal College of Dental Sciences. The course comprises didactic lectures, demonstrations, group discussions, seminars, clinical work and conferences.

Eligibility

CITIZENSHIP :  Indian Nationals.
DATE OF BIRTH: Only those whose date of birth falls on or before 31.12.96 are eligible.
QUALIFICATION: Passed in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and a minimum of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together.

ADMISSIONS
GENERAL CATEGORY: Admissions are done on the basis of rank in the All India Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET) 2013.
NOTE: Only candidates who have secured minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the All India Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET) 2013 will be considered for admissions.

Candidates can apply both under General and F/NRI categories. Change of category from F/NRI to General after admission will not be entertained under any circumstances.
